Whitehead Oil Maintenance Department 
Full-Time LOCATION: Based out of Whitehead Oil Company Maintenance Department, 26th & Randolph Street, Lincoln, NE
SHIFT STATUS: EXEMPT – SALARIED.
REPORTS TO: Chief Operating Officer
STARTING RATE: $60,000.00/annually with validated experience.
HOURS/WEEK: Generally business days. As renovations/new builds are planned and inclement weather dictates, evenings and weekends are required.

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: Oversight of team handling equipment repairs and building/grounds maintenance & remodel of Company’s 24+ current U-STOP Shops, Quick Service Restaurants and new builds. Most operations are in Lincoln, NE.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Every day is different and necessitates different job duties. Will have to work inside and outdoors, depending on the day. Job entails quite a bit of physical activity, some like lifting heavy objects/ climbing ladders. Duties can require work in extreme temperatures.
Prefer experience: Electrical/plumbing, utility/equipment preventive care and maintenance.
Required: Must have Driving Record that is acceptable with insurance carrier.
Duties:
Lead team in performing general maintenance to avoid possible failures and malfunctions in store facilities, kitchens, restrooms as well as any equipment or machines housed there, to keep in good working order.
Assist in developing preventive and corrective maintenance programs. Handle emergency maintenances and repair works.
Ensure maintenance team completes daily work assignments in a timely and accurate manner.
Operate maintenance software for tracking equipment/facilities problems/repairs and inventory. Maintain complete records of daily maintenance activities.
