Full-Time FULL TIME POSITION: REPAIRER / MAINTENANCE PROJECT WORKER
SHIFT HOURS: TYPICALLY BUSINESS DAY SHIFT, as needed, weekend/evening
LOCATION: Whitehead Oil Company – 2537 Randolph Street, Lincoln NE
REPORTS TO: Maintenance Director
STARTING RATE: $22.00 – $24.00/hours depending on valdiated experience
HOURS/WEEK: Full Time is 36 hours/week on average, occasional overtime.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Every day is different and necessitates different job duties completing repairs, maintenance, renovations in Whitehead Oil Company properties including U-STOP and its quick service restaurants. Will have to work inside and outdoors, depending on the day. Job entails quite a bit of physical activity, some like lifting heavy objects/ climbing ladders. Duties can require work in extreme temperatures.
Prefer experience: Light electrical/plumbing, utility/equipment preventive care and maintenance.
Required: Must be age 21 or older to drive and have MVR that is acceptable with insurance carrier.
Duties:
Perform general maintenance to avoid possible failures and malfunctions in store facilities, kitchens, restrooms as well as any equipment or machines housed there, to keep in good working order.
Assist in developing preventive and corrective maintenance programs. Handle emergency maintenances and repair works.
Complete daily work assignments in a timely and accurate manner.
Maintain complete records of daily maintenance activities.
